Do you suffer from nausea? I do and here’s how I deal with it. I start with ginger. You can get it in pill form, or tea, or gummies. If that fails, I move on to medical marijuana. You can shop strains for one that helps nausea but doesn’t leave you a couch potato. If you’ve read the posts on this blog, you know that I’m an avid exerciser. I don’t need to be wheeling around stoned all day. With a little research and experimenting, you’ll find a strain and dose that works for you. I use two puffs of Super Sour Diesel vape pen. Not for everyone, but an idea. If all else fails, I use Phenergan suppositories. I use the suppositories because my nausea frequently proceeds to vomiting. Pills are useless if you throw them up.
