This is how I mostly deal with ataxia. This is our local lighthouse, Ponce Lighthouse. I had an accident some years ago. I was walking my service dog and I got hit from behind on my scooter by an impaired driver. Spent three days in the hospital. My insurance company refused to pay my medical bills so I had to sue them. With the leftover money, I bought a wheelchair. I could not stand seeing the beach but not be able to go on it. I even saw beach walkers! To those who are land-locked, I am sure sorry. But I am sure there are beautiful sights where you live. Go there.
