I must confess that one of my guilty pleasures is watching 1,000 Pound Sisters. Although it’s a mystery to me because I find myself yelling at the TV when the fat girls bitch about pain and mobility. Please. I wish I had condition that could be corrected by diet. On a recent episode, the girls had told their doctor that it was too painful to exercise. He suggested the pool. I was yelling YEEHAW. One of the girls even said that by the end of the pool session, her back pain was gone. A testimony from a fat girl.
